I have been connected with Yen for over 15 years. Yen is the only one I trust to plan an affordable and memorable experience. She combs through details and works around the school calendar. Yen finds reasonable deals, considering my teacher, single mom budget, and cultivates family friendly options. With Yen's knowledge and expertise, my family and I have been able to create beautiful memories and go on amazing cruises that would otherwise be impossible.

I would highly recommend Yen to book your cruises. We just did and our experience was great. She understood our need for one accessible cabin. Our schedule was not very flexible. She quickly reserved the only remaining accessible cabin for us and built the package around that. Best price, best OBC, best package. Thank you Yen! We will definitely recommend you in the future.

We had an excellent experience with Yen Tour. Great service, great prices, and everything was handled professionally from start to finish. Yen helped us book our entire tour and made the process easy and stress-free. Communication was clear, and all arrangements were well organized. We highly recommend Yen Tour to anyone looking for a great travel experience and outstanding customer service.

Yen handled absolutely everything. Our group of 60 people used Yen Tours to book our Alaska Princess Cruise. Yen worked diligently to ensure that our group got the best deal for this trip. She got our group the best price, received the most benefits that the Princess offers, arranged to have a ship coordinator to resolve any issues. I strongly recommend you to book your trip, either cruise or land trip, with Yen Tours, she will take good care of you or your group. Vacation of my life. Worth every penny.

I felt completely confident and relaxed throughout entire booking process knowing Yen Tours managing all booking details. Yen is a great agent, i cant thank her enough for making my vacation so magical. She went above and beyond to find best possible deals for my vacation. Yen is incredibly knowledgeable about destinations, deals, details to make the booking process as smooth and stress-free as possible. Highly recommended Yen tours!
